From the South:

Off of Highway 77, take 77 until it meets Route 8  

(this is the "easy" way, GPS or map quest may want you to go a shorter route and turn only Little Cooley Road but there are more turns and a little slower driving... but by all means go for it if you wish!) 

turn left at Route 8 go 2.9 miles and turn left at the Dollar General Store onto Lake Road, take first right onto Elmwood Ave (pass our pool, until you see the lake) and veer right over the bridge, left at the registration sign and the office is the first building on the right.
