Welcome to Beechwood Cottage !

 

Beechwood is another one of our cottages that has a lovely view of Canadohta Lake and is located between Wild Cherry and Hemlock at 24327 Lakeview Drive, Union City, PA 16438 (See the Location Map).

 

Beechwood's eat-in kitchen and living room are open with windows with views of the lake. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.  This quaint cabin sleeps 4 comfortably or up to 6 with 2 doubles beds (full size) and a futon. 

 

Beechwood cottage has a open front porch to sit and relax with quick access to our lakefront and docking area across the street.   Pool passes to the campground pool and access to the game room (open Memorial Day-Labor Day pending weather and attendance) TV,  picnic table, fire ring and initial firewood are included with your stay (additional firewood available for purchase at the game room or office).  Beechwood has no heat.

 

Pets allowed with permission and additional $50 per pet per stay fee. 

Fully equipped with the stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, one window AC unit, and utensils.  Linens are not supplied, so bring your own towels, pillows, blankets and sheets.

RESERVATIONS:

- For our pre and post seasons you can book by the night with a 1 night minimum. Stays that are less than a week must be paid in full at time of reservation.

-For the main season, we will only take reservations for a full week Saturday-Saturday, and a $200(+tax) deposit is required. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reserving within 30 days of your stay, full payment is due at time of reservation.

​

-A $50(+tax) cleaning fee is added per stay

Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am.

Cancelation Policy: If you cancel a Cottage or Cabin rental, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given unless the cottage or cabin is re-rented.
