Welcome to Hemlock !

 

Hemlock is across the street from our lakefront and docking area located at 24351 Lakeview Drive, Union City, PA 16438 (See the Location Map).  The eat-in kitchen and living room are open with many windows with views of the lake.

 

Hemlock Cottage has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.  The cabin sleeps 4 comfortably or up 6 with a full size bed in one bedroom, a full and a twin in the other bedroom and comfy couch in the living room. Hemlock has an open side porch to sit and relax while enjoying the view of Canadohta Lake.

 

Pool passes to the campground pool and access to the game room which are open Memorial Day-Labor Day pending weather and attendance.  TV, picnic table and fire ring and initial firewood are included with your stay (additional firewood available for purchase at the game room or office). Pets allowed with permission and additional $50+ tax per pet per stay fee.  Fully equipped with the stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, one window AC unit, and utensils.  Linens, including pillows, bedspreads, bed sheets and towels, as well as toiletries are not supplied.  Hemlock does have a forced air furnace for colder nights.

RESERVATIONS:

- For our pre and post seasons you can book by the night with a 2 night minimum. Less than a week stays must be paid in full at time of reservation.

-For the main season, we will only take reservations for a full week Saturday-Saturday, and a $200(+tax) deposit is required. Balance s due 30 days prior to arrival. If reserving within 30 days of your stay, full payment is due at time of reservation.

​

-A $50(+tax) cleaning fee is added per stay
