Welcome to Lynnwood !

 

Lynnwood is our cottage with a lovely view of Canadohta Lake and a large yard. It is located at 24376 Lakeview Drive, Union City, PA 16438 (See the Location Map). This cottage is next to our to our lakefront lot and across the street from Elmcrest. Lynnwood has double hung replacement windows, cable TV and WI-FI.

 

The eat-in kitchen and living room are open with a large window with views of the lake. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.  Lynnwood sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms that have 2 Queen beds and 2 single beds (twin). 

 

Lynnwood has a covered front porch to sit and relax with quick access to our lakefront and docking area.   Pool passes to the campground pool and access to the game room included (open Memorial Day-Labor Day pending weather and attendance). Your Initial firewood (additional firewood available for purchase at the office)  is included with your reservation.

Pets are welcome with permission and additional $50(+tax)/pet/stay fee. Picnic table and fire ring are in the side yard with ample on site parking.  Fully equipped with the stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, one window AC unit, and utensils. Lynnwood has no heat.  Linens- including sheets, bedspreads, pillows and towels and toiletries are not supplied.

RESERVATIONS:

- For our pre and post seasons you can reserve Lynnwood by the night for 1 or more nights, and must be paid in full at time of reservation(if less than a week stay). 

​

-For our main season, we will only take reservations for a full week Saturday to Saturday and a $200(+tax) deposit is required. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reserving within 30 days of your stay, full payment is due at time of reservation.

-A $50(+tax) cleaning fee is added per stay

Cancelation Policy: If you cancel a Cottage or Cabin rental, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given unless the cottage or cabin is re-rented.
