Oakdale is one of our recently renovated Lake view cottages located at 24353 Lakeview Drive, Union City, PA 16438 (See the Location Map) . 

 

This cozy, open, and updated cottage sleeps up to 6 with four beds, a loft and a full bathroom with a shower. There is insulation and a built-in electric heater for cooler nights. You will love the open front porch, natural wood walls, replacement windows and open floor plan.   There is a loft that has a queen size bed and on the first floor is a set of single bed bunk beds and a double bed.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, an apartment sized stove and full sized refrigerator.  Bring your linens- including pillows, sheets, blankets, towels and toiletries.

You will get initial firewood, a picnic table and fire ring for your stay with us.  This cottage is next to Hemlock and across from the Lake.

RESERVATIONS:

- For our pre and post seasons you can book by the night with a 2 night minimum.  Less than a week stay must be paid in full at time of reservation.

​

-For our main season, we will only take reservations for a full week Saturday-Saturday, and a $200(+tax) deposit is required. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  If your arrival date is within 30 days of reserving, full payment is due at time of reservation.

 

-A $50(+tax) cleaning fee is added per stay

Check in time is 3 pm, and check out time is 10 am.

All Higby's guests have access to the pool, game room, basketball, volleyball and gaga ball.  Our 30x60 in-ground pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather and attendance permitting.
