Linden is a rustic cabin, located at 24314 Lakeview Drive, Union City, PA 16438 next to the Acorn cabin (See the Location Map), beside the stream that leads into the lake. Elmwood Beach is just a short walk over and across the bridge. Linden is one of the more private cottages we have, with many returning visitors.  There are two bedrooms and bathroom with a shower. Sleeps up to 6 with 1 set of double bunk beds, 1 set of single bunk beds. The built in double bunk bed was added in 2022.  We also cut down the tree in the front yard

 

Linden has easy access to docks and campground. Pool passes to the campground pool/ game room are included with reservation (open Memorial Day-Labor Day pending weather and attendance). Pets are welcome with permission and additional $50(+tax) per pet per stay fee.  Initial firewood included (additional firewood available for purchase at the game room or office). There is a picnic table in the back yard and it has parking space for 2 cars.

 

The Linden Cabin is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, utensils. There is one window air conditioner however Linden has open ceilings is not insulated. No linens are provided, so bring your pillows, blankets and sheets. There is no insulation or heat.

RESERVATIONS:

- For our pre and post seasons you can reserve by the night, for 1 or more nights. Reservations less than a week must be paid in full at time of reservation.  Linden does not have heat, this cabin will be unavailable after Labor Day, pending weather.

-For the main season we will only take reservations for a full week Saturday to Saturday, and a $200(+tax) deposit is required. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reserving within 30 days of your stay, full payment is due at time of reservation.

-A $50(+tax) cleaning fee is added per stay

Cancelation Policy: If you cancel a Cottage or Cabin rental, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given unless the cottage or cabin is re-rented.
